Pastoral Support

Here at St Matthew and St Luke, we have a Pastoral Team who feel it is a privilege and a natural care and concern to reach out to our residents and community here in Chadderton; to sit with people in pain, to listen to them with patience, and to stretch out a sensitive helping hand and show compassion by being beside those who are sick, bereaved, needy, lonely, frightened, housebound, depressed and have no one to turn to. We are also here to share in the happiness and joys of others.
