As always we began with our short service, led by Margaret, after which we had the notices and apologies. A report was given from Spring Council held at St John’s, Bury. One of the things talked about was that our meetings should be fun… we certainly had fun as Val had devised a game similar to catch phrase, the television quiz show, which gave us all a lot to think and laugh about! The winner was Ann. You could tell who were the quiz players in the group as there were some very good answers. The meeting ended about 9 o’clock.
